Job Application Management

The tool integrates workflows and personal frameworks that were previously across several different environments in a single workspace, given the possibility for unconstrained customisation not just within an operating system but of the operating system itself.

Quick rundown of components:

Command Center

Task Batching: Organise tasks by type and use the Focus feature when working on one particular type of task in a given focus block. 

State-file: Select tasks to do on a given day, marking them completed when done. Seeing state-files from previous work days helps with reconnaissance after stepping away to work on other projects.

Runway: Calendar tracker, showing days left until deadline for securing a job offer, with past days where I submitted an application highlighted. 

Start of Day: Mental models for "morning non-negotiables", "work mindset priming", etc. 

Pipeline 

Kanban: Tracker for current state of applications. Role specific, structured interview preparation notes, research prompts.
